According to her, a lot of aspects of this art is kept a secret but she loves to share her knowledge and see her students create beautiful sarees, pillow covers, table mats, table covers, bags and lots more with her collection of blocks.

Handmade teak blocks that are sure to last you a lifetime. The most commonly found wood in Karnataka is Teak wood, it is very strong and hence slightly heavy than the blocks made anywhere else. The designs you see here vary from Indian ethnic designs, geometrical designs, modern motifs, animals and birds. We also personalise blocks with your names as well as any particular design you wish to create in a block of wood.
Pooja Gokul will guide you through this process and help you plan your creations. She has trained around 150-200 people in her classes and workshops. Pooja is an artist and an art educator. She has a Bachelors degree from Karnataka Chitrakala Parishat and her love for design has led her to create Block Beauty.
